Sophia là gì
Sophia là robot thư ký để bàn điều khiển bằng giọng nói. Khi bạn cho phép, Sophia đọc và tạo sự kiện trong Google Lịch của bạn để trả lời các câu như "chiều nay tôi có họp gì" hoặc để đặt lịch mới theo yêu cầu. Sản phẩm đang trong giai đoạn thử nghiệm.
Dữ liệu Google chúng tôi truy cập
- Sophia chỉ xin một quyền: xem và sửa sự kiện trong lịch (
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events). Sophia không truy cập Gmail, Drive, danh bạ hay dữ liệu Google nào khác. - Khi bạn hỏi về lịch, Sophia đọc tên, thời gian và địa điểm của các sự kiện trong khoảng ngày bạn hỏi.
- Sophia chỉ tạo sự kiện mới sau khi đọc lại nội dung và bạn xác nhận bằng lời. Sophia không sửa hay xóa sự kiện có sẵn.
Chúng tôi dùng dữ liệu đó như thế nào
- Chỉ để trả lời yêu cầu của chính bạn tại thời điểm bạn hỏi.
- Thông tin sự kiện cần cho câu trả lời được chuyển thành câu nói và gửi tới dịch vụ trợ lý giọng nói xiaozhi.me để robot đọc to. Chúng tôi không gửi dữ liệu lịch cho bên nào khác.
- Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu, không dùng cho quảng cáo, và không dùng để huấn luyện mô hình trí tuệ nhân tạo.
Lưu trữ và bảo mật
- Chúng tôi không lưu nội dung lịch của bạn. Sự kiện được đọc từ Google mỗi lần bạn hỏi.
- Thứ duy nhất được lưu là mã truy cập Google, trong một tệp chỉ tài khoản vận hành đọc được. Mã này không bao giờ được ghi vào nhật ký hay chia sẻ.
- Bản nháp lịch đang chờ xác nhận chỉ nằm trong bộ nhớ và tự hủy sau 5 phút.
Thu hồi quyền và xóa dữ liệu
- Bạn có thể thu hồi quyền của Sophia bất cứ lúc nào tại myaccount.google.com/permissions. Sau khi thu hồi, Sophia không đọc hay tạo được lịch nữa.
- Gửi email tới thefocusco@gmail.com để yêu cầu xóa mã truy cập đã lưu. Chúng tôi xóa trong vòng 7 ngày.
Cam kết với Google
Việc Sophia sử dụng và chuyển giao sang ứng dụng khác các thông tin nhận được từ Google API tuân thủ Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Google API Services, bao gồm các yêu cầu về Sử dụng giới hạn (Limited Use).

What Sophia is
Sophia is a voice-controlled desk assistant robot. With your permission it reads and creates events in your Google Calendar to answer questions such as "what meetings do I have this afternoon" and to schedule new events you ask for. The product is in a testing phase.
Google data we access
- Sophia requests a single scope: view and edit events on your calendars (
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events). It does not access Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data. - When you ask about your schedule, Sophia reads the title, time and location of events in the date range you asked about.
- Sophia creates a new event only after reading the details back to you and receiving your spoken confirmation. It never edits or deletes existing events.
How we use it
- Only to answer your own request at the moment you make it.
- The event details needed for an answer are turned into a sentence and sent to the voice assistant service xiaozhi.me so the robot can speak it. Calendar data is not shared with anyone else.
- We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train artificial intelligence models.
Storage and security
- We do not store your calendar content. Events are read from Google each time you ask.
- The only thing stored is your Google access token, in a file readable only by the operating account. The token is never logged or shared.
- An event draft awaiting your confirmation lives only in memory and expires after 5 minutes.
Revoking access and deleting data
- You can revoke Sophia's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After that, Sophia can no longer read or create events.
- Email thefocusco@gmail.com to ask us to delete the stored token. We delete it within 7 days.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Sophia's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
